Account Deletion Policy

1. User Right to Delete Account

In compliance with DPDP Act 2023, every student registered on V-KAB ACADEMY has the right to request full account deletion and personal data erasure.

2. How to Request Deletion

• In-App Method: Go to Profile Settings > Security > Request Account Deletion.
• Email Method: Send an email from your registered email address to info@vkabacademy.com with subject "Account Deletion Request".

3. Data Retention Post Deletion

Upon receiving a valid request, your profile, test analytics, and AI tutor interaction history will be permanently deleted within 15 working days. Financial invoice records will be retained as mandated by GST and Income Tax laws.
