1. Ownership of Intellectual Property

All video lectures, PDF digital notes, CBT question banks, graphics, software code, AI model prompts, and logos available on V-KAB ACADEMY belong exclusively to V-KAB ACADEMY PRIVATE LIMITED and are protected under Indian Copyright Act, 1957 and International IP treaties.

2. Prohibited Actions

• Screen recording, capturing, or downloading video lectures.
• Sharing, reselling, or distributing PDF notes or test questions on Telegram, WhatsApp, drive links, or commercial websites.
• Sharing login credentials with non-registered individuals.
• Decompiling or reverse-engineering the V-KAB ACADEMY mobile app or website.

3. Enforcement & Legal Remedies

Any violation will result in immediate account termination without refund, dynamic DRM anti-piracy flagging, and civil/criminal prosecution under Sections 63 & 65 of Indian Copyright Act 1957 and Information Technology Act 2000.
