Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Digital Content Policy

At V-KAB ACADEMY, all educational content including video lectures, digital study material, CBT mock tests, live classes, and AI Tutor features are classified as digital software products. Due to immediate access granted upon payment, all purchases are generally non-refundable and non-transferable.

2. Exceptional Refund Cases

Refunds may be processed under the following verified technical conditions:

• Duplicate Payment: If a user is charged twice for the same transaction due to a payment gateway error (Razorpay/Bank server delay).
• Technical Non-Delivery: If course access is not activated within 48 hours of payment confirmation and our technical team fails to resolve the issue.
• Unauthorized Transaction: Subject to bank investigation and police report verification.

3. Refund Request Process & Timeline

Eligible refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of transaction via email to info@vkabacademy.com with payment transaction receipt and registered mobile number.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days to the original payment source (Bank Account / Credit Card / UPI).

4. Subscription Cancellations

Users may cancel auto-renewals at any time from app settings. Cancellation stops future billing cycles but does not provide pro-rated refunds for current active subscription periods.
